My daughter is allergic to Dogs and cats.  Are there any animals in your household?

No.  all of our products are made in our in-home studio which is Pet Free and Smoke Free. 

I want a clip that I do not see on the site.  Do you accept special orders?

Of Course.  It is impossible to put EVERY color and combination on the web site.  If there is something that you want but do not see please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.  Depending on our show schedule it may take 5-10 business days to put your special order together. 

I want to get bows for my whole cheer team(dance squad, etc.).  Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes.  We do offer quantity discounts if you want to outfit your team.  Contact us for more details. 

I bought a clip that has come unglued.  What can I do?

We unfortunately received a bad batch of glue.  We have pulled all of the product from our stock but some items have been sold with this glue.  We really do care about the quality of the product that we sell.  We will be more than happy to repair/replace the clip for you.  Please contact us so that we have the opportunity to rectify the problem.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally.  The shipping charges may be higher than shipping within the US.  Please contact us for a shipping estimate.

We have bought Korky bows from another store and my daughter has pulled the ribbon out of it.  Will she be able to do that with yours?

We certainly hope not.  All of our korked bows and pony-o's are hand sewn to prevent the ribbon from being accidentally pulled out.
