Order Policy
All items are handmade, on a first come-first serve basis by me to ensure they meet your specifications and needs. All orders are completed in our smoke-free, pet-free studio. We don't sacrifice quality for time! If you have any concerns or know you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us directly BEFORE you order and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request. Most orders are filled within a few days, but it can take up to two (2) weeks for some custom orders to be filled, depending on what the order is, how many orders are ahead of yours and time of year.
Shipping Policy
We ship items through the United States Postal Service (USPS) first class or Priority mail. All domestic packages include delivery confirmation. Items that are in stock and do not include custom items, will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For all orders containing custom items, please allow 3-10 business days for your package to be shipped. (In most cases it will not take nearly that long). Please note that these times only indicate the time from our studio to the post office.
Conditions of Use
Never leave a young child unattended while using our products. Our products may contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Anibows accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
